Potential 

From 2019 to 2020, I consulted with the Y-Combinator funded nonprofit Potential, a technology platform designed to help the formerly incarcerated secure jobs and resources while uniting the re-entry landscape in communities around the US. I was tasked with designing nearly 50 different badges that would signify technical skills and accreditations that employers can easily index in order to match jobs with formerly incarcerated workers.
